Endsville Digital Skills Training Initiative Wraps Up Its First Edition
After three impactful weeks of intensive digital skills training, the inaugural cohort of Endsville’s Digital Skills Program has officially come to an end. The training, which focused on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, aimed to equip participants with essential workplace productivity tools to enhance their personal and professional growth.
The maiden cohort comprised 21 enthusiastic participants — 7 females and 14 males — who committed themselves to the journey of digital literacy and transformation. From creating polished documents in Word, to mastering spreadsheets in Excel, and delivering engaging presentations with PowerPoint, each participant walked away with not just technical knowledge but also renewed confidence in their ability to navigate the digital world.
Over the three weeks, participants engaged in hands-on exercises, real-world simulations, and peer-to-peer learning that fostered collaboration and critical thinking. The diversity of the cohort enriched discussions, with each individual bringing unique perspectives and experiences to the sessions.
The program concluded with a graduation ceremony, where participants proudly presented their project work — a reflection of the skills they had acquired and a testament to their dedication and growth throughout the training.
This training is just the beginning. Endsville is committed to continuing its mission of bridging the digital divide by creating opportunities for more young people to thrive in an increasingly digital world. As we celebrate the success of our first cohort, we also look forward to expanding the program and welcoming more learners in future editions.
To the pioneers of the maiden cohort — congratulations on this achievement. Your dedication sets the tone for what’s to come.
